PLEASE NOTE: Coverage is available to Members/Associate Members from a minimum of $25,000 to a maximum of $500,000 in $1,000 increments. (Note: $100,000 minimum for Preferred Rates.)

These are current policy premiums based on the member’s/associate member’s age, sex and smoking status. Although not guaranteed, premiums for the first 15-year term are expected to remain level.

Renewal rates for subsequent 15-year terms (available upon request), will be based on your then attained age, and coverage will be renewed regardless of your health.
